AI Security - You’re In Control
Usage of AI within the Armada EFILE software is entirely optional and includes safeguards to prevent the sharing of client Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
For example, when generating AI-enhanced cover letters, all client data is sanitized for PII and never sent to the AI.
For AI document extraction (extracting data from client uploads such as T-slips, T5008s, donations/medical expenses, etc.), you are in complete control of the documents that you submit for extraction and the AI supports extraction from documents where PII has been redacted.
