2025 Armada EFILE Software Pricing

Please note that Armada EFILE software is certified for preparing Ontario-resident tax returns only, at this time.

  • Starter (prepare up to 20 tax files): $299 per user/preparer, per year
    (additional tax files for Starter: $15/tax file)

  • Pro (prepare unlimited tax files): $599 per user/preparer, per year

Both Armada Starter and Pro software levels will include an initial amount of Blackspark AI Credits (for AI cover letter generation and AI document extraction). Additional Blackspark AI Credits will be available for purchase on demand.

NOTE: We are currently in the CRA re-certification process for the 2025 tax year. To be notified as soon as the 2025 version of Armada EFILE software is available, register your interest using the form at the bottom of the EFILE page.
